  1. Chapter 1 of Novak tells you the history of game development. Where will game development go next? Write a detailed essay giving your prediction of the next major step in game development within the next 10 years.

  2. Summarize the currently available game platforms and player modes. Look in the wikipedia for the chess variant Kriegspiel (see and analyse the best match(es) of platform and players mode to that game.

  5. Create a premise, backstory and synopsis for an original game that targets your fellow college age students.

  6. Summarize the five most important things about iPhone development that you learned from the assigned videos.

  7. Give the status of your graphing calculator app. Give the URL of the current best version. If the project is not complete, give a carefully thought-out timeline to finish it.

  8. Propose your second major project to be finished by the end of March.
