Transparency is used again in this view to get the attention away from the molecule itself. In this case, the RNA and DNA are shown simply as cartoon, and set to the same transparency as the rest of the molecule. The aromatic rings are then shown as sticks and colored red. Against a black background, these rings show up quite nicely.
