The ray trace options group gives four ray modes to work with.
1) Default Ray , ray traces the image on the screen as it appears, improving shadow setup as well as overall image quality.
2) Black Outline Ray , ray traces the image as it appears, but with a black outline around the object.
3) Black and White Ray , ray traces the image on the screen and shows it as black and white representation
4) Cartoon Ray , ray traces the image as a cartoon.
The ray trace dialogue which pops up after click one of the ray trace options allows the user the adjust the size of the image to be created. The larger the image dimensions, the longer ray trace will take to create the object. The Auto Calc button will calculate the dimension that is not specified by the user. After the ray trace has finished, the user can click the Save button to save their image.
