The semester goes through Wednesday, 14 May 2008. A new schedule will apply after that.

KSC is Kramer Science Center Center, Rudolph Campus, Idle Hour Blvd., Oakdale, NY 11769. BROOK1 is the Brookhaven Center, 1300 William Floyd Parkway, Shirley, NY 11967. Note that, in general, Dr. Bernstein will be at the Oakdale campus on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons and Tuesday evenings. Meetings at the Brookhaven campus are by appointment only. If at all possible, please use email to schedule meetings in advance to avoid conflicts with other students and other obligations of the instructor.

Office Hours:

  • by appointment; and
  • Monday, 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm, 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm in KSC 020 at the Oakdale campus;
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm in KSC 020 at the Oakdale campus;
  • Thursday: 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm, 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm in KSC 020 at the Oakdale campus;

The hours on this page start on Wednesday, 30 January 2008. There is no schedule on:

  • Monday, 18 February 2008, President's Day, College Closed
  • Monday, 17 March -- Sunday, 23 March, Recess 17-20 March, College Closed 21-23 March
  • Note that Wednesday, 14 May 2008 will follow a Monday schedule.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR SPRING 08: There will be ARCiB lab "common hours" in KSC020 from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm each Monday through Thursday. Students coming to the Lab for class office hours are encouraged to join discussions with other students in the Lab and to find out more about the research conducted there.
