In this tab the user will find nin predefined views of the molecule. Each of these utilizes different molecular properties in hopes of providing clear and meaningful representations for the user. Automatic creation of these presets, which are determined by the contents of the PDB file, eliminates the need for command line interaction and requires only the click of a button. The nine presets include: Default, Color by Chain, Hetero Atoms, Ball & Stick, Surface, Polarity, Aromatics, Putty and DNA & RNA, each of which are explained below.
